It’s week #43 of the MyGirlFund Tumblr Photo Contest and we have seven shots from six beauties for you to inspect. We thought that they were the best of the best for the whole week, and we think you will agree. When we choose the winners every week there is a lot of thought that goes into it. We take things like creativity, sex appeal, and of course that “real girl” vibe. The caveat is that we really appreciate the effort that goes into making an amateur production look pro. We appreciate it so much in fact that we reach into our pocket to prove it. We give away two first place winners, and two runners up week after week, and so far the results have been astonishing! Check out the line up of all the contestants here and you can see for yourself.
So in addition to girls who placed we usually include an “honorable mention” so that we can include girls who almost placed. It would be a crime not to include a shot like the one below of pollyprince. The shot has mad potential, it could use a bit of sharpening though as it’s a bit soft around the eyes for a closeup like this. Remember, RAW files sharpen better than jpegs!
Our first runner up this week is TeaganEnchanted. She really has a good sense for how to frame a shot. We look forward to seeing her move up to first place in the future! Her profile reveals that she is a big magic and fantasy fan. If that sounds like your kind of girl, then you should just click on over and shoot her a free message. We’re betting that this geeky girl knows a few spells to put you under. 
Second runner up is MissBev with this crisp black and white shot. Beautiful lines and light prove that youth can defy gravity. Everything is quintessentially retro here except for the tats and those add intrigue to an otherwise innocent scene. In real life, MissBev manages a sex store while she pursues not one, but two, BAs (fine art and philosphy). 
That puts us at the top contestants this week. H4lfp1nt has been absolutely owning this contest lately with shot after shot showcasing her understated beauty and critically creative eye for composition. Who else do you know that can sport a necktie paired with Chuck Taylors so well? Shes obviously a schoolgirl who finds time in her busy schedule to have fun in front of the camera. Who could ask for more? Congrats on the win H4lfp1nt, keep up the great job!
We always save the best for last, and this week that spot falls to deyzi. This double exposure was flawlessly done to achieve a diptych of this quality. Really, this is how it’s done. The seamless background is the key to making this kind of shot work. Great job Deyzi! We love giving first place to new contestants, and we look forward to seeing what else you come up with.
